The problem of the opportunity of job
has never been attached such importance in each period before.
Some people deem that a secure job is the ultimate goal toward work seeker,
in contrast, another believes that satisfaction derive from the job can be seen as
a most important standard when people consider work. In my opinion,
the situation for work seeker is distinct from individual to individual
and then the consideration should be different.
Initially, people with ensured economic condition own the right to pursue
what kind of work they like. Person who need not worry about whether the work
offer him/her a justice and constant salary indeed meets the requirement to
seek the job for satisfaction and comfort. If there is little anxiety
of the demand of the basic sustenance, a better work condition will naturally
appeal more inclination of the seeker.
It hard to imagine a person with numerous money will put the secure job
into the primary list and be able to come to work at the nine o'clock every morning,
share the office with many of other co-workers, go back to home with the rash hour
and get in the traffic jam in the prime time and just for a regular income.
Subsequently, the favor of a secure job will be stimulated for people who eagerly demand a job.
For the person who shoulder the responsibility of feeding his/her humble family,
a secure job means a security of living for family.
Maybe they has to get up early just for crossing the whole city from the distant
rental room-the rent will be cheaper in the area outside of the city-to the downtown
just for seeking a job. A steady income link the whole family to an ensured life.
In this case, the condition or satisfaction is hardly to be considered.
In conclusion, the job sometimes is not just a demand of living, but a pursuit of dream.
When we seek job, the specific situation should be attached significance firstly.
